Is an experienced clinical research professional with a specialist interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives including the overall strategy, governance and implementation and developing Employee Resource Groups for organisations.

Emma completed her MBA in 2022 during which she researched the gender parity gap and the intersection between menopause transition and career exit for women over the age of 50.

Emma has her own perimenopause experience which gives her personal insights into what organisations can do better to retain highly experienced and qualified older employees.

Emma is mother to three neurodiverse daughters with 20 years experience of fighting for their inclusion in education.  Emma is currently exploring her own neuro differences.
