Emma completed her MBA in 2022 during which she researched the gender parity gap and the intersection between menopause transition and career exit for women over the age of 50.
Emma has her own perimenopause experience which gives her personal insights into what organisations can do better to retain highly experienced and qualified older employees.
Emma is mother to three neurodiverse daughters with 20 years experience of fighting for their inclusion in education. Emma is currently exploring her own neuro differences.

Francisca speaks Spanish, English and Italian and has built a successful global career in the Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology and Pharmaceutical Industries.
Her MBA dissertation (Distinction) with Henley Business School focused in Equality and Diversity : 'The impact that the lack of diversity of Clinical Trials had within an organisation’s Attraction and Retention strategies’.
Francisca is passionate about helping organisations with their DEI journey and about Flamenco dancing.
